What Project Manager is

AfCEN Project Manager is a Common Data Environment for the studies behind an infrastructure project. It manages pre-feasibility and feasibility deliverables through their full lifecycle: creation, consultant upload, quality review, approval, publication and lender due diligence.

Every party to a project works in the same place with its own role: developers, sponsors, consultants, government, the steering committee, regulators and lenders. Roles are set per project, and access is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.

The platform keeps the project's working registers alongside its documents, so decisions, risks, issues and changes sit next to the evidence they refer to.

How it works

From first visit to results.

  1. Set up the project

Create the project, its workstreams and its deliverables, and invite each party in its role.

  2. Consultants upload

Consultants submit each deliverable as a new version.

  3. Review

Mansa writes a first review of the submission, and reviewers record their quality review.

  4. Approve and publish

Approved deliverables are published to the project's data room.

  5. Due diligence

Lenders open the approved documents for their due diligence.

Questions people ask

What is a Common Data Environment?

One governed place where every party to a project shares, reviews and approves its documents, so everyone works from the same version.

Who decides what each party can see?

Roles are set per project. Each party sees and does only what its role allows, and that is checked on the server.

What does the AI assistant do?

Mansa reads each submitted document and writes a review to help the human reviewer. People still review and approve.
